Anfrage zur Mitwirkung bei einer internationalen Studie
We are conducting a research study to explore the ways that music therapists collaborate with others, including other music therapists, creative arts therapists, medical and health professionals, and community agencies and groups. This research study, which surveys music therapists who live and practice outside of the United States, is a follow-up study to one which surveyed music therapists who live and practice within the United States.
We invite you to participate in this research study by using the link below to access and complete an online survey. It will take ten to fifteen minutes of your time to complete. You may complete the questionnaire at a time that is convenient for you, and you may complete part of the questionnaire and return to finish it at a later time if you wish. In order to protect the confidentiality of your responses, all questionnaire data is stored by the online administrator, and is only available to the researchers with verification of a user name and password. Although completing this survey will not result in any compensation for you and may not necessarily benefit you personally, the results of the study may help music therapists to understand the benefits of collaboration, and may inspire more music therapists to develop new collaborative relationships that will enhance and advance our knowledge and practice in the clinic, in research, and in education and training.
Participation in this study is completely voluntary. If you are willing to participate, please use the link below to access the online survey. You will be asked to agree to participate in this research by reviewing the information sheet on the initial page of the online questionnaire and clicking on “I agree.” Your agreement will allow you to access the remainder of the questionnaire. You will be asked to use your mouse to click on your responses for some questions, and to type responses into open-ended text boxes for other questions. You are free to answer all, some, or none of the questions.
If you have any questions regarding the questionnaire or the research study in general, please forward them to either of us at the addresses, phone numbers, or e-mail addresses provided above. If you wish further information regarding your rights as a research subject, you may contact the Committee on the Use of Human Research Subjects at Purdue University at the address, phone number, and e-mail included below:
